Domestic Shipping

Flat rate shipping and bulk shipping available.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other locations outside the contiguous U.S.

For deliveries outside the contiguous U.S. we charge the actual shipping cost of the carriers used.

International Shipping

International shipping rates apply. Shipping in bulk will always be the best option. So stock up or buy a bunch and your dog loving friends can share the cost. That is a very economical way to go:)

Returns

What happens if I don't like the products I ordered?

Any item can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will be happy to provide you with a refund, exchange or store credit (postage not included).

Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund on opened or used products.

What about if the product arrives damaged or is not what I ordered?

In this case, we're happy to provide a refund or replacement including postage costs. Please make sure you email us within 7 days of receiving your order, so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

How to return products

Please email us at PurplePumi@yahoo.com to let us know the reason for the return, then print out a copy of your email and send it back to us with your products. Returns will not be accepted unless you have sent us an email first. This policy helps us help you, and all of our customers in the future.
